I had a little issue with a delivery and I sent an email to customer service and it was resolved within hours with care and kindness. I've been getting Ollie for my dog for years now and my dog loves the food and I love the consistent level with this product.
This was a fantastic experience. After sending Ollie an email, I got a response quickly, which outlined the fact that they completely understood our problem, and they also gave me options to move forward. Fiona set us up with a great solution to make things so much easier for us! We also had an issue with our delivery person, and they took care of that as well!
Matthew was very kind and helpful about my question of my Charlie’s portion size. He went above just answering by telling me where I could find this info in the mobile app and the website. He was knowledgeable and helped me right away.
Never have problem with my deliveries, came always on time, app always provides reminder about my next shipment, customer service super awesome, unfortunately my husband is the only one working at home ,so we decide to prepare my dog food at home until we are able to resume my subscription againg. Excellent dog food. Thanks!!!!
