Needs improvement in service quality

Although One Assist was unable to repair the phone, They returned it back as it is. Experience with their service was not as expected but it is good to see that their higher management and escalation team works professionally.

At initial stage I had to follow up couple of times and after than when issue was taken over by Ms.Sakshi Solanki after that issue was resolved pretty fast. She helped and did follow up till the issue was resolved.

Fake company

I send my phone for repair to one assist and they said your phone is beyond economic repair so we are giving 22k amount and keeping the phone with us. But I asked them to send my phone back they send my phone back with water fill in it screen is duplicate and damaged . What a shame to this company. I have another mobile insurance with this company but I am cancelling that also.
