Doesn’t value time commitments, too many hidden charges, after paying service charges, they have labour charge, tech transportation charge, product pick up cost, cleaning cost and what not! That too without repairing the product, they want this before hand! With a 50/50 repair possibility!
Dont take any AMC plan from company, its of no use.Myself took a plan for 5 appliances ,because of their technical problem in my account it got activated for 1 appliance plan. when i checked with them they said it cant be changed but promised that they will give services for 5 appliances. being paid for AMC i was made to pay for water filter service few months back because of wrong plan activation and they have sent a person who don't know how to clean a water filter and now i booked for cooler service one week ago, till now no proper response. fed up of these people.
