It's really bad to go into AMC with one assist their service team and customer care service both are useless even after 4 days of complaint the local service team keeps on avoiding and their service engineer takes start OTP over phone to book the serviceThe issue has been resolved after lot of effort but One Assist customer care support especially the WhatsApp support is very primitive and needs to be more user friendly so that user can update their problems or escalate the concern...it's really difficult to update to the WhatsApp platform as it has limited support options and call to customer care rarely gets connected...however the local One Assist Supervisor seems to be useful in resolution of issues after escalation
Extremely bad service. I booked for service for 16th April. But there is no any response by them whether they are going to complete this service or not . Even today they(MAEHTAB) are saying we will complete today's booking first we will see if we get time otherwise we will not .The Service request ID : 19754432
I purchased a plan last year from tbe technician of rs around 1500 of one assist on his requestwhile call for cleaning service of my AC on 24 July 2022.It was told that unlimited Services included 2 clining service of AC for one year and for 5 appliances unlimited visits and repair without cost and if part is required it will of around 40-50% lessar cost than marketNow I book one service for Ac on 14 th april 23 and time and technician alloted to md for 15th 1-3pmWhen no body came I called to technician .and he told that service is not covered in plan and cancelled it.Its a big fraud.
