I have logged for service and i got a call from few local support team, they told me to do repair locally so that we can pay you by phonepay or etc. So i asked them to send mail on this and also list of items to be covered and not covered under warranty but they denied.Due to escalation of case few guys called me and told the same thing, they introduced as regional manager and he promised me like ' you do repair activity by OEM money will be paid that time and he gave local support guy number for coordination so i accepted i did the repair, they asked the images of faulty parts and unit, i shared the same after that no update from them. Instead of instant payment (as they promised) they told me to wait for 2 days for approval and process. Its been 3 days now.Your team not aware on components under warranty or not even though after one week. Even I asked them (ur team) whether UV lamp will cover or not ( as per blustar it will cover if it will be in warranty) are not aware and told me to do repair and share the images will get approval and pay you in 2 days. Before replacing i Clearly asked like it will not cover tell me I'll stop swaping and bypass the same time being so that I can check with oneassit customer care. He told no issue do the repair.Now he is not responding and ur regional manager telling as it will not cover, multiple i asked to share the list of items to be covered but not share. And talking without knowledge about warrantyIn terms and conditions it's clearly mentioned as "Extended warranty will replicates the manufacturers warranty" so it should be cover what and all will be covered by OEM (Bluestar).
