Waste of money I bought a pair of onesonic headphones and after using them for a full week they broke i took them back to the shop and got a replacement and they also broke after a few weeks. I then got another replacement which also broke after a couple of weeks. Nothing would work I charged them for a full day and they where still dead. When they finally got there power back they wouldn't even pair with my phone. I wont be going back for a replacement and will be buying from a different company next time. Do not buy, waste of money

Title: Refused to Help – No Repair Option OfferedWon a sponsored prize it was a HD-BB1 headphone made by Onesonic. Item developed a fault. Company refused warranty service without a receipt, even though I explained it was a prize and no receipt existed. Did not offer a paid repair option or any alternative. Very disappointing customer care.Based in Ireland, expected better from an Irish company.
I purchased the Onesonic BBD-HD1 overear headphones five years ago and they are by far the best headphones I have ever purchased. Great sound Quality and the active noise cancellation is superb. I would highly recommend purchasing from this brilliant and innovative Irish company who care about their customers.John DownesKerry
I have had BBHD1 headphones for a number of years and find the sound to be very good and the Bluetooth range to work well for my purposes; I use the headphones to listen to TV without disturbing the neighbours. The only problem that I've had is that, after 2-3 years, the headphone ear cushions have become worn, probably due to my leaving them in a counter for extended periods. When I contacted Customer Service I found them to be very helpful.
I decided to support an Irish company and invest in a new pair of the BB-HD1 headphones for work. They worked great for a year, but then the left ear sound kept cutting out, like a loose connection.Within a few months the sound totally went.Looking on Trust pilot and it seems I am not alone...I contacted their support but as I was just out of warrantee they only offered a small discount.I could still get the item cheaper on a different store anyway.No after sales service was available either.Why would I bother buying again?I had a pair of Sony headphones previously that lasted over 10 years. I'll be going back to them.
I had a serious problem charging the ear plugs, which were over a year old. Contacted Onesonic customer service and I have to say they were excellent in resolving the issue, promptly and efficiently. They replaced the earplugs without difficulty and acted most respectfully and generously. I really appreciate the customer service and the new earplugs are high quality.
