Poor product quality & customer service

One of the earbuds broke for no apparent reason just after 12 months & I was told by their CS team “so sorry, this shouldn’t happen…” but then was informed that because the product was outside warranty, they weren’t going to help me to fix or replace it. I was only offered a discount to purchase another pair. Why would I want to buy another pair if the first one fell apart just after a year?? Terrible customer service and the experience demonstrates that they don’t stand behind the quality of their product. I also had numerous occasions of 1 of the buds not syncing & issues with sound quality… which I overlooked. But when the thing just fell apart as I was lifting it out of the case, I couldn’t really ignore that! Buyer beware!

Onesonic poor product

Bought Onesonic headphones but they stopped working, no sound. Contacted Onesonic but they didn't want to know. Poor quality product, even worse customer service. Never again.

Epic customer service

Had a small problem with the back of one of the BXS-HD1. Emailed Onesonic and they said free post them back to them and they would look at them. Posted on a Thursday and they sent me back a new pair on the following Wednesday. How can you fault customer service like that. I would have been happy if they had fixed the old pair. Great sound, connectivity and overall a great product with a great follow up service. I will be buying more of their products.

They look nice but issues come up after…

They look nice but issues come up after a few months of having them. I bought their headphones and earphones. The earphones develop syncing issues, with only one syncing at a time. Their headphones will start to make a weird buzzing sound at random intervals and unsync and the earphone cases magnetic locking function breaks after a while, sticking to the case. I was foolish enough to give them another chance before. The first time I bought them, I lost an earphone case. They said I had to buy a whole new earphone set which is incredibly wasteful in e-waste terms and very opportunistic given the price of the earphones and headphones as it is. You could do a lot better in terms of product and service quality.

Good sound poor fit.

Onesonic BXS-HD1earbuds. Very good sound quality but disappointed with the in ear fit. They feel very loose and have fallen out of my ears on a number of occasions. I would certainly not use them while running or working out. They have also fallen out when lying down relaxing. Overall I am disappointed as I wanted to support an Irish manufacturer and am sorry I didn't spend the extra on the noise cancelling buds which may have a better fit.

When I lost my charger case I discovered that it wasn’t possible to purchase a new one. The buds are great but don’t think you should have to buy completely new set when all I need is charger

Noise cancelling earbuds

Got MXS HD1 noise cancelling earbuds in January 2022. Long lasting on single charge. Sound quality is very good... and they really do cancel noise! An excellent product and as good today as the first day after purchase. Really good value for money.
