That was the very first order, but we were very disappointed when the shipment arrived at our place.The package and hammock stand was delivered damaged. However the support of the customer service team was satisfying and helpful. The damaged shipment will be picked up tomorrow. Best regards
I usually do not write a review, but I am morally obligated to write this review as I hate scammers and crooked companies. As a father of 4 children I wanted a swimming pool that my kids can enjoy and relax in the hot summer. I came across this company and placed an order for swimming that I thought was cheap compared to other websites. at the beginning they gave me a UPS tracking number and I kept checking everyday. I emailed multiple times to see what's going on. Unfortunately, the item was delivered to another address and after speaking with the UPS personal they told me the item that was delivered was 0.50 Lb and is not a swimming pool. These techniques are used by scammers. I have sent several emails and no one has responded to me. I am very dissatisfied with this company. There is no phone number to reach out customer service PLEASE BE AWARE!
