I ordered my product over 12 days ago. The product was supposed to shipped in 4 days, because it is not a custom product. I received a notification that a shipping label had been created the same day I ordered. I now understand that they create the shipping label immediately, so you are not able to go on the site and cancel the order once you realize you will NEVER receive the product. I received a notification a couple of days ago stating the order has been shipped. I know that is FALSE because, USPS is still stating that a shipping label was created but they have not received the item. I read the reviews for this company after I purchased which was my fault. I should have researched this company before I placed an order. They do not have a customer service phone number, which should tell you how non existent their customer service is. The reply time to their customer service emails is extremely too long and when they do answer they give you the run around. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.Order reference number has been sent. This is a legit review. It should not be flagged.
I ordered solar lights a month ago. Never received them. Tracking # showed my order was delivered to someone in Kentucky. I live in Wisconsin. I've sent 3 emails & no response! I will have to report this fraud to my credit card company. Do not buy anything from this company! They just steal your money!
OpenSky is nothing more than a scamming warehouse MESS! I ordered (4) women's tops/blouses/t-shirts. I received three of the four. Their company states it delivered my missing item a week ago and was supposedly left in my mail box via USPS. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Out of the 4, minus 1, I ordered all of them in size "Small". Only one is actually "wearable". One had a sticker on the package stating "S" for small, however, when taking it out of the package, it is actually an EXTRA LARGER - this top is humongous & the color doesn't come anywhere near to what is shown in their ad. Only one top is wearable, I'll donate one of the cute t-shirts to Good Will as the quality of the material and workmanship is absolutely awful. I don't even want it as a dust rag. I was really ripped off - it also costs A LOT to ship it all back. I would never, ever order from OpenSky again - buy beware!!!
14 days ago I placed an order for patio furniture. I contacted customer service several times but was getting neither a delivery date nor even a response to my emails. FedEx tracking gave a delivery date for five days ago, nothing was delivered and now delivery is again shown as pending. Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else - I know I will in the future.Update: Company contacted me after I had posted this review, stating they had no record of any of my emails (?) and requested details of my order, which I sent. Now, 48 hours after me providing order information they are letting me know that they don't know where my shipment is, if it will ever be delivered and that they are canceling the order. Half of July wasted and no patio furniture, really wish I had ordered it elsewhere.
I cannot get in touch with customer service about orders placed 2 plus weeks ago. Fed Ex tracking numbers say the have not received the shipment yet. The Opensky site says delivery should have been here July 13th...4 days ago. No response for multiple messages asking about status. Is website even real?
I purchased a 132 lb Kelly circular concrete patio base for an umbrella. Received it in June 2020. When received the box was just ripped open and the FedEx guy indicated he had to retape it as it was a mess. When I opened the box, the stainless steel support pole was delivered dented/bent. I emailed OpenSky.com several times and have not heard to date from them. Wanted to get a return shipping label so I could return it as they indicate on there website. However no response to date. I even emailed the manufacturer, GDF Studios and they did respond and indicated they were sorry that I received a damaged product. However they indicated since I bought their product through OpenSky.com that they had to take the product back me credit my account or send me a new support pole that was damaged. GDF Studios indicated that they are out of the product until approx 7/27/20 and that I would be better off returning the product. So where are you OpenSky.com in sending me a return shipping label and crediting my credit card?Pete RunfolaOpenSky has contacted me and sent a return shipping label for the damaged product. Could certainly have been damage during shipment. They have indicated that they are crediting my credit card within 3-5 business days. They are being very responsive! Thanks again OpenSky!
That was the very first order, but we were very disappointed when the shipment arrived at our place.The package and hammock stand was delivered damaged. However the support of the customer service team was satisfying and helpful. The damaged shipment will be picked up tomorrow. Best regards
