Received my order shortly after order was placed. Love this topiary! Great price! It’s about 4ft tall and leaves are thickly woven around central “branch”. Perfect with my other round topiaries. They are placed on my deck which receives sun and heat all day, preventing me from putting potted live plants out. The topiaries are a great replacement!
Yellow citrine ring is pretty but not as yellow in color as the picture. Arrived quickly with no problems. I was contacted regarding my concern about the color and I got a full refund in addition to ring. Excellent customer care and I will continue to shop here.
6/28/20 UPDATE...Although the process was a little difficult. The story does have a happy ending. They sent the return label, I ship the product back and they gave me a full credit. Switched from 2 stars to 4 Horrible customer service. Believe the reviews. I have been trying to return an item because the color was not as shown. I have tried to email several times, no response. Also please know there is no phone number anywhere to reach them. Very disappointed and frustrated. I have switched from one to two stars. After posting this review. I did receive an email about return. Let’s see when they come back with return authorization.Update. I did receive return authorization. Sent return. I will keep you posted and update my stars on the review when I receive my refund
