Unfortunately, there's no zero-star option. This company is not UK-based; they mislead customers and send cheap masks from Asia that can be found for less elsewhere. The mask I received was not FDA approved, and they failed to validate their claims. They even tried to offer discounts to keep the product after numerous emails. Be aware that returning items requires a customs declaration for China. I've initiated a refund through my bank, as I doubt I will ever see one from this fraudulent company. STAY AWAY!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is a scam, they are based in China. The products are counterfeit and of extremley poor quality. You cannot return the product for a return, unless you return it back to China. With shipping and custom fees this costs more than the product. They do not communicate with you other than by AI to just tell you to return the product to China. They are illegal and should be ashamed of themselves!
Avoid this company as they are fraudulent. I purchased an LED face and neck mask, but what I received was cheap and not as described. They provided a return address in China and warned that return costs could exceed my initial payment of £170. Steer clear of this company!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYHad got to the last step of placing the order for the aerovella hair dryer, when I thought better if it and tried to back out. Phone browser froze and when it sorted itself out, it had completed the purchase. I emailed Opheline 10 minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel the order.Over 6 and a half hours later, they responded, saying that as I made contact with in 2 hours, they would be able to cancel my order, asking if I wanted a full refund or store credit. I responded and received a further email stating that the order was cancelled and I would receive my refund in a few business days3 days later I get a dispatch update saying the goods were on the way. I email them again, asking to confirm the order was cancelled and received a response to the effect of "we tried to cancel your order but it was already dispatched and in transit. Once you have received it, you're welcome to return it and we will process a full refund"I argued this as, not only had I requested the cancellation well within the time period, but had also been told the order was cancelled, and questioned why I was mislead like this. Their response was the copy their original email, making key words bold and implying that I hadn't read the email in the first place. I've not received the hairdryer, and have emailed them to start the returns process, and stipulated that I will not accept any costs involved as the order should have been cancelled in the first place.This company is misleading! Their emails read like they have been run through an AI programme and they refuse to acknowledge previous emails. Avoid at all cost!!!!! If I could add screenshots of the emails, I would!
Thankfully my bank blocked my payment for the Aerofella hairdryer on Opheline as the account seemed suspicious. They realised it was scammy before I did. I fell for a fake review on topbeautydevice.com and only suspected I was being scammed when my bank wouldn’t complete the transaction. Save your money and avoid this site!
Please avoid, avoid, avoid this company, total scam artists, they claim to be uk based but they ship cheap tat from China, my item didn’t arrive for nearly 3weeks , when contacted they claimed their uk warehouse had a fire, total crap , so when it did arrive it was no longer needed, so the return started, omg, what a total fr……g nightmare, it still hasn’t arrived, it’s been over 5weeks , stuck at customs, I did everything right my end with Royal Mail, they claim that dutiful fees have to be paid, by me !! After speaking with a Royal Mail representative, he confirmed they have to pay, so the back and forth goes on , absolute bunch of charlatans, do not buy anything from these rogue salesmen. Disgusting
Wish I'd read the reviews first and never got involved with this nasty little company. The mask they supplied had obviously been used, there were stains on the fabric parts and the package was generally untidy. I sent the cancellation form to them and they offered me a 15% reduction which was unacceptable and I continued to request a full refund, sending photos of the offending article to them. They asked for a little while to "look into" the matter, that was weeks ago and no contact.I'm not giving up, but my advice is to avoid this company at all costs
