I don't have the option to give 0 star to suzy. Staff specifically the store manager TIA at heartland Mississauga location is extremely rude and arrogant. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. While talking she just walked away when i was asking something. I went there to exchange something showed her the receipt where it was circled about 14 days exchange policy. She simply denied and said go read the receipt.
I don't understand how she promoted as SM having this kind of unethical behaviour. Other staff who was watching her apologized for her behaviour. I stopped buying from suzy earlier and literally this was my mistake going back to this store.
Overall, I had a good experience, but it's crucial to choose the right location. I’ve received excellent service at one store (now closed) and poor service at another (still open). The clothing is fairly priced and often on sale, and I’ve had no problems with online orders. If you find a good location, it’s wise to have items shipped there for fitting and easy returns. Thus, being selective about your store is important.
I found THREE security tags left on a coat that didn’t set off any alarms when I left the store, so I was unaware. I live a long distance from the store. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue. Very disappointing.

I spent my morning trying to take advantage of a 40% off sale, but when it was time to pay, the items were full price. Customer service informed me that the system reset at 9 AM ET, so the deal was no longer valid, despite it being only 7 AM my time. While I understand that it was out of their control, I believe customer service could have handled the situation more effectively.
I ordered several items due to an urgent need and regretted trusting them. I initiated a return for clothes that were too large, but also received a torn item. I didn’t get any response, no return label, and no reply to my email to customer service. Although I intended to order again, I hesitate to do so and advise against it despite liking some items.
I ordered a skirt and previously found them satisfactory, but things have changed. They seem to use a different courier now. I work from home, yet my package was reportedly delivered at 3 AM? Odd. Also, tracking isn’t available with the new courier. I kept asking for updates, but the courier didn’t ring the doorbell. My brother was present for the delivery. It’s possible the package was stolen after sitting there for hours. Even though the skirt was inexpensive, I’ve never encountered such problems before. I suggest they improve their courier service.
