Review Time
The ring took a really long time to arrive and I kept getting poor excuses about it having been out of stock which wasn’t specified at the time or order. I have a Garmin watch and the results from the ring just aren’t comparable. Heart rate never accurate, over records movement or some days records none, and temp is miles out. I wouldn’t waste your money.

My wife made a purchase and decided she didn't want the ring. She hadn't received the ring and it hadn't been dispatched, she didn't even tell them a size yet, yet they won't give her a refund. Refund policy states you have 30 days to file for a refund once you receive the order, the order hasn't even been dispatched. I'm sure this is OK if you're 100% certain you want their product, just be careful. I trust they will do the right thing and accept a full refund given that no products have been given to her. It's unfortunate when a refund for a company is insignificant, but significant to the customer on the other end.
