I have reached out to their customer service with a few questions about my ring. They were so quick to answer, so kind in giving me all the answers I needed! I have also loved the data the ring has given me so far. I was a little surprised when the ring came in curved, you can tell more of the shape of the ring in review pictures than in the listing pictures. It didn’t bother me, I was just not expecting it! Overall it is a great ring/company!!
Great customer supportI had ordered sizing kit and ordered the size based off that. Ring came and was smaller than the sizing kit. The company initially tried to tell me that there was no difference but there clearly was. They sent me a size larger in the end and I love it.

I was skeptical, but I took the risk. This recently new company deserves 5 stars. Awesome customer service, they respond the same day. Amazing product, as advertised. Amazing price, cant beat it with a no subscription app. Shipping is easy, updated me every step, and relatively quick. The sizing is perfect. The ring works well. The only thing that didnt work as advertised was the temperature feature on the rose gold ring (only the rose gold one) Customer Support wa thorough in making sure we came up with a solution that I was happy with. I recommend this ring. My husband and sister both bought one after me!
Fabulous! I’m very happy with my purchase. Not gunna lie, at first I was skeptical because it looked like a super new company and compared to some others the price point you cannot beat. Needless to say, I’m so happy I bought it. The ring size kit was super helpful in figuring out which finger would be best suited for the ring. Once I contacted support to tell them my size, the ring was here promptly. The ring works very well. I took it for a swim the day after I received it and I mean, I was swimming in deep water for a very long time, no issues with the ring. The ring charges very fast. The case is adorable and far easier to connect the ring as a power source to charge from. And the app is GREAT. I find I’m a little obsessed with it atm. I check my stats more than social media. Overall, I’m very happy. I have no issues with it. Maybe one knock would be my hands swell in warmer weather tightening the ring so that is a bit annoying but that’s the reality of wearing any ring. If you’re debating buying it, just buy it! I is so much better than my Apple Watch. And it looks prettier too.
I was on the lookout for a smart ring that wasn’t a second mortgage payment or made you tied into paid subscriptions once you got the ring. This one I ordered to see “if it’s alright” and you know what it’s brilliant. For me the most important features are BBT/cycle tracking but currently also obsessed with my sleep tracking and I love how I can swim/shower and even went to a sauna with the ring and the battery lasts me easily a week per charge. Also the charger case is well worth the £12 for travel/just ease of charging. For app improvement feedback it would be great to be able to see a monthly tracking review too in addition to the daily tracking.
