Really good smart ring. The app is very easy to download and use. The battery life is better than expected. It is definitely worth the money. The customer service has been fast in responding and affective. I ordered the sizing kit first, once this arrived, I just simply emailed them back with my size, and they shipped the ring out the very same day. I would definitely recommend Optim ring. I am very please with my purchase.
Good experience of customer service! My ring stopped charging after a few months and they’ve agreed to send a new one as replacement free of charge which is great. I’ve worn it every day since getting it and it’s so helpful to monitor steps, sleep etc.
The customer service has been truly outstanding. The courier had issues delivering my parcel and didn’t inform me it had been delivered to the locker and then had expired and was being returned to the sender. Optim have been really great updating me and ensuring me I will get my order once it has been returned to them.
