Impressed with the service

I purchased a ring and was disappointed to discover that it lacked a specific feature. I contacted support, and they were very quick to assist, sending me a free replacement with all the desired functions! They were understanding and easy to work with! The ring itself is fantastic and very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend it!

Great support experience

The support I received was excellent. The team responded promptly to resolve the issue with my ring. The battery began depleting quickly and then stopped charging. I informed the team, and they acted immediately, offering to send me a new ring to replace the defective one.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! - Do not buy!!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! Spent a whole week trying to ask the most simple question of customer services, as th website was not allowing us to simply order a sizing kit without paying for a ring (how can we do that when we don’t know the size!). Followed all the instructions telling you that you just don’t choose the size, add a ring to the basket with the sizing kit and check out. It does not let you check out with just the sizing kit! Called the “customer service” number 4 times which seemed scammy as the person who answers doesn’t sound like they are answering a business call they just say “hello?” And then claim that they have to “pass the call on” and that someone would get back to us. Not once did they get back to us. Same with the “live chat”, THERE IS NO LIVE CHAT it does not exist! You go through to a Bot who says they will connect you with a human but then hours and days go by and again, after trying multiple times I was never connected with a real human. I even contacted them via Instagram and they ignored my entire question just to send one patronising line to say “just order it online” despite me going into detail about why this wasn’t working, and saying, how hard is it for your company to simply ship out a sizing kit??! A WHOLE WEEK and still no sizing kit?? Lucky for us because we were hoping to order 3 rings for Christmas! To top it off, I left a comment on a social media post on Instagram to warn others that the “customer service” DOES NOT EXIST and that this is a total scam company and they deleted my comment! They are very clearly a scam company and I’ve heard other people’s horror stories about Optim since too. STAY AWAY, do not waste your time or money!

My thoughts after two goes with this ring….

I ordered this ring first and around July and it took about three weeks to come. Once it arrived, I was so excited and I wore it instantly with my Apple Watch, but I also like other one star reviews noticed that there was a vast difference in heart rate and metrics compared to my Apple Apple Watch. I emailed the company and they said that it takes several days after consistent wear to let the ring update with proper metrics, and I will admit they did get better. However, after about two weeks, the ring just stopped charging. It said there was an upgrade that needed to happen, but I couldn’t even charge the ring long enough for the upgrade to take place. And not only that but the charging box wouldn’t even indicate that it was charging(it being the box itself!) They sent me a brand new ring and I have been wearing it ever since. It’s been about three months since I’ve been wearing the second ring as a replacement. First of all when you get a new ring, (which was the only form of return that the company would offer) you automatically lose all of your sleep and activity data that was in the prior ring, so you have to start from scratch. Now that it’s been about three months the past three days I’ve noticed that the battery life is just dying rapidly. Wearing the ring in the gym, sauna and shower, which it should be able to handle because it’s waterproof🙄, I have been making sure to dry the inside of the ring extra which really shouldn’t even be needed… The battery life won’t even last a full day. I’m starting to notice that the ring now all of a sudden needs two charges a day —— went from a full charge of 100% around 8 o’clock to 46% by 11:30 PM… I thought this should last me through the night so that I would charge it in the morning but I woke up and it was dead, so I don’t even know if it tracked my sleep last night🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 This is the second replacement ring that I have been working with and it just seems like a shitty product all around. Customer service is fast, but why do I wanna have to keep ordering a replacement ring and losing all of my health data every single three months!?!? I would just save up for the Oura ring because this one just seems like a cheap knock off product

Would not recommend

The ring took a really long time to arrive and I kept getting poor excuses about it having been out of stock which wasn’t specified at the time or order. I have a Garmin watch and the results from the ring just aren’t comparable. Heart rate never accurate, over records movement or some days records none, and temp is miles out. I wouldn’t waste your money.
