Booked a vacation through Orbis Travels to tour Asia.

They were very communicative throughout a s very helpful at building a great experience while travelli g to multiple countries.

When I arrived at the airport for departure had an issue with check in that at first glance seemed to be very serious. When calling Orbis, they were once again very patient and provided info to help. They also followed up multiple times throughout the journey to ensure that we were doing great. Thank you Steve and team. Really appreciated your help throughout.

Food absolutely beautiful, service good, staff lovely, toilets however are horrendously filthy and lacking in toilet roll- doesn’t fit with the lovely vibe of the restaurant.

The next installment of my saga with this terrible company is that Jasmine the head of escalations who assured me she would get me back my money for all things lost has failed again see below response:Apologies that you did not get these excursions however these were not missed because of Orbis Travels.These were missed because you were not allowed to board the flights due to Visa issues and Visa thing is beyond the control of Orbis Travels.Moreover, we have given you enough support by booking your flight again and so on.Kindly allow us the time to see whether these can be reimbursed or not.BestJasmine BrownI would like to share with you that in Ontario it is a requirement if a travel agency to tell their passengers about visas which we were not told here is the evidence from the email and we were in Asia not Europe:Terms & Conditions:By confirming your booking with Orbis Vacation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Passenger Citizenship and PassportInformation:1. You confirm that all passengers included in the booking are CANADA citizens with valid passports & Visa (if required) allowing travel to all above-mentioned European destinations.2. Names provided must match exactly as they appear on the passports. Any corrections made at a later date may incur an amendment fee.Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable Booking:1. Once your vacation is booked and confirmed, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.2. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to a sliding scale as per the booking conditions outlined on our website.Moreover the only help they gave us for missing the flight was to reorganize the ticket and believe me if there was a cost they would have downloaded it to us! I confirmed with the agent at the counter Paul that there was NO cost! So really they did nothing! I even got the money back for the excursion from viator that this company booked and they won’t give it to me! I booked the hotel for the extra night and lost the night in Vietnam! I booked and paid for the transfer even though we missed the one the night before that was covered! I paid for both transfer to and from the Cambodia airport in Siam Reap which is NOT A 24 hour airport! All of this could have been avoided if we had been told originally about the Visas and a need for multiple entries!

These people do not care about anything else besides profit

I booked one of their trips to Iceland, 3 nights, Niagra 2 nights New York 3 nights.NO MENTION WAS MADE OF VISA REQUIREMENTS AT ALL. 5 months later I realised myself that they may be required, so I set about obtaining them, only to be refused for a Traffic Conviction. Orbis did not accept any responsibility for allowing the booking before visas were granted. We had to cancel the Canadian and American sectors of our holiday, and Orbis demanded a further £350 to settle the account. I asked them to alter the flights which were already booked from Iceland back to the UK, so that wecould still spend 3 days in Iceland and fly straight home. They charged another £450 for the one way flights. I later found that I could've booked them myself for £70 each.Then Orbis asked me to alter my review of thier dreadful service...so I've written another. They do not care about you.I met 3 other couples in Iceland who were on the same holiday, all were hugely disappointed with Orbis.
