Very Hazardous /Dangerous ! No "wet floor signs " . Just a puddle of messy oil everywhere all over the floor.
Store is a complete disaster !

Not one other customer in parkkng lot.
Very strange .
Now I FULLY UNDERSTAND WHY O.M.G. this place is insane !
Unanswered phones ringing non stop !
No one was NO EMPLOYEES working there to answer or assit me.
Not one other person in the building to help... VERY STRANGE ! DRUNK MANAGER was not doing anything to help !

I now go to AUTO ZONE nearby for all my business needs . They are great. Excellent customer service staff & store is well stocked . Professional experience!
I have ordered several times for brake pads for my 2016 Harley Davidson Street Glide either on line or in the store. Today I have ordered the same thing and the brake pads were not right. Online and in the store computer has the brake pads but not the right ones. I don’t know why but for some reason they changed the part number and pads. For the compatibility for the Harley Davidson motorcycles listed they will not work or fit. I highly recommend that the individuals who are in charge of purchase orders need to review their system and make the necessary adjustments

While on my way to work on 2/2/2026, my battery light came on. I stopped at O'Reilly located at 891 Battle Street in Talladega (where I purchased my battery). Matthew was very professional and provided me with excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure my car did not leave me stranded. He is a very valued employee and should be acknowledged as so. Sincerely,A very happy customer.
Steer clear of this place. I sent my daughter—who’s learning how to take care of her vehicle—to pick up an O‑ring for a dipstick. She walked in fully prepared, with the dipstick and the exact part number in hand. Max, the counter salesperson, told her he “didn’t feel like helping her” and sent her away without even attempting to look it up.When I called to follow up, Max challenged me to “call corporate” and insisted he doesn’t take parts off cars. I explained again that the dipstick was literally in her hand with the correct part number, and he still dismissed it, laughed, and repeated that I should call corporate. When he said he doesn’t take parts off cars, I asked about batteries, and he added that they only help with the parts they feel like doing. If a salesperson can’t value their customers—regardless of age or gender—then they don’t deserve our business. I won’t spend another dime here. Advance Auto and other stores consistently go out of their way to help, while this location has an employee who jokes around and refuses to assist a young girl simply because he “doesn’t feel like it.”Good luck. You’ll need it. I'll never go here again, nor will my friends that all work on cars. we are done with O'Rielly's, thanks Max D.
The O'Reilly's team in Walsenburg, Colorado, is absolutely amazing! They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.I am not a mechanic. My husband usually sends me to the parts store pretty well informed, but sometimes we have to rely on the employees at the parts store to help us understand what is needed and what all our options are when our vehicles break down.Several times now, the Walsenburg O'Reilly's team has gone above and beyond to help us save money, track down parts, and gather supplies. They have even gone as far as to help us find the correct locations of hard-to-find items.Once, we had a 1997 International bus break down. We didn't know the exact part we needed or where to get it once we found it. O'Reilly's didn't carry the part, but a Walsenburg O'Reilly's team member worked diligently to help us track down the part we needed anyways, and they directed us to two places where we could likely find it. It was amazing! Although there was no sale for O'Reilly's, they still went above and beyond to ensure that we knew what we were after!Another time, we broke down in their parking lot, and they not only ordered the parts we needed but also let us fix our truck there. Shortly after that, two of their team members, one of whom was a manager, pulled up three short videos to show me where the oil and fuel filters were on our Ford F350 diesel! The Walsenburg O'Reilly's team continues to humble and amaze us! They truly care about the community, the experience, and your vehicles! Whether you are a local resident or just traveling through, stop by and check these guys out for all of your vehicle repair and maintenance needs! They do a great job at caring for the people and the vehicles! Thanks so much, O'Reilly's! We appreciate you being a reliable and valuable resource for everyone in and traveling through our small town mountain community!
I was driving in the rain when the windshield wiper of my rental car flew off of the clip. After my girlfriend called a few places, she was told by a number of places that they weren't sure if they had the wipers for this car (a Nissan Sentra). She finally reached George at O'Reilly's in Seven Hills, Ohio who said, "bring it on in and I'll take care of it." Sure enough, after literally a minute or two I had a new wipers that George installed free-of-charge (for the installation). George was great and I wouldn't hesitate to go to this O'Reilly's again, even if it took me a little out of the way.
