I am a first-time mom in a pandemic so to say my stress level is high is an understatement :) I needed formula ASAP so clicked and paid for 1 business day shipping. Their site had pulled over pricing & availability from a carrier but the information pulled over was incorrect.Joel was quick to respond and understood my panic and the unfortunate situation that I had paid for 1 business day shipping and now would be running out since it was shipped with 3 day shipping. He first refunded the cost I paid for shipping and then searched their other warehouses for me and found one box to help get me through.In this world full of unknowns and fears, it felt like I had someone on my side. Someone who understood I was just trying to feed my daughter.“You get what you give” I am trying to remind myself and I chose to be very kind as I know it was not the company’s fault that wrong carrier information was pulled over, and what I was given is kindness back.Organic Baby Food Shop has a forever customer with me and I will be telling all my friends to give their business.There are so many sites online you can find but to have Customer Service be very responsive is rare!

Organic baby food shop will continue to be my number one place to order my baby’s formula! The website is clear and user friendly, the prices are great, and the shipping speed is amazing. I ordered 5 boxes of HiPP HA for my 6 month old on Sunday evening and just received an email that they’re out for delivery now. It’s Tuesday morning! I wouldn’t trust any other shop to deliver this quickly. I’ll be a repeat customer until we no longer need the products.
