We had put them on subscribe and save, and when it came time for the next shipment to send, I missed cancelling it due to several personal reasons. Even though they have a no refund policy, they worked with us to find a solution that was very kind and forgiving. Wonderful customer service, and the formula is fantastic, just sadly not for our twin girls. Highly recommend.

2 boxes of formula got lost. Said it was delivered to my house but I never received it. I notified the company and they very promptly located it and rerouted it back to me. Honestly it was quick, polite, and very reliable. Pleased with this company. Used them 5 years ago when my son was small as well. Never had issues.
