Organic Baby Food Shop is simply the best there is. Not only are their products the best on the market and their prices unbeatable, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. We have twins and came to point where we realized we would need to supplement with formula. After learning of OBFS, I submitted an inquiry and received a prompt email from the founder, Scott. He immediately gave me in-depth and personal advice based on our needs and his experience giving the formula to his own children. Since then we have emailed countless times about the product and our experiences. As I considered my options, they also overnighted me free samples so that I could make the most informed decision possible. As a new parent, there is little that is more important than ensuring your newborn is well-fed, satisfied, and healthy. Organic Baby Food Shop has been instrumental in helping us ensure that these need are met.
I cannot express enough the gratitude my family and I have for the amazing overall experience that we have had thus far with Organic Baby Food. Even prior to our purchase, I inquired about switching our 5 month old twins from their current formula and how we should go about doing so. I had several other questions, and they were answered personally, promptly and thoroughly. No computer generated answers. I’m so thankful that they provide such an amazing service! Like everyone, we want the very best for our children, and Organic Baby Food makes that possible. Once we found out about the no so healthy ingredients in the formula we were using, it was a no-brainer that we had to switch! The shipping is so quick and the entire process of ordering has been seamless and easy. Our babies love their new formula and seem to be less fussy, with less spit up. We also love the reward program, as feeding twins can get quite pricey! Again, we are beyond thankful that we found this company and will continue to be loyal customers!

We have been so happy since we switched to this new formula. Our baby was fighting with constipation for almost 4 months. As soon as we switched him his issues completely went away. The shipping is also so quick when you place your order which is nice!
Organic baby food shop is an amazing company! Their representatives took the time to talk with me and help me figure out which formula would be best for my baby. My order was shipped right away and it was on my door step in 2 days! The product was packaged carefully and nicely and most importantly, it was fresh! We went with lebenswert stage 1 formula for our 5 month old breastfed baby. The formula doesn’t smell like your typical formula (thank goodness) it smelled just like warm milk. My baby took to it very well and it didn’t bother his tummy at all. I have already placed my second order and i will be a customer through out all my bottle feeding days! I ordered Holle through Organic Baby Food Shop for nearly as long as my child was on formula. Unfortunately, nursing and pumping became untenable, but I was very glad to find an affordable online distributor of the absolute best formulas in the world. You cannot find top quality brands in stores in the US. We tried out nearly every formula available locally and they were all disappointing or unsuitable for one reason or another. I felt like I may as well feed my baby mashed-up bug guts. After doing some research and seeking recommendations, I found OBFS and have ordered Holle from them for the past 9 months. My family has had zero complaints and my kid is VERY healthy. The only hiccup we encountered with OBFS was we once received a shipment of the Holle goat formula by mistake. I contacted them and they drove to my house to replace the package with the cow formula that day! I'm lucky to live in the same city as one of their shipping center, but this company is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction like nothing I've ever seen lol. If you decide to order Holle, stick with stage 1. We switched to stage 2 after our child turned 6 months, but she was having some issues, so we switched back to stage 1 with no ill effects. She just turned a year old and we took her off formula. Ordering our last package from OBFS was really bittersweet. They helped us a lot during our kid's first year, not just with the products, but answering our new-parent questions, sharing their parenting experiences, and always returning my emails within a day, no matter what. They also have a rewards program that saved us some scratch, since we shopped with them for months. I recommend them to everybody I know who has or is expected to have an infant now. I'm sure most people will stick with the store brands that may as well be Cheeto powder, but that's their loss. I'm honestly a little bummed we don't have the need to keep getting formula from OBFS. They're one of those rare businesses that's so much more than just a business. Anybody who finds them is really lucky and I'm very grateful to have had such a positive experience with them. I got a little weepy-eyed writing this and thinking about how they were such an important and comforting part of my child's first year.
I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this company. The website is easy to use and I get my orders extremely fast. Even when I was accidentally sent the wrong formula. The customer service department took great care of me and my order. Absolutely pleased. Thanks guys!
