I have ordered from this shop many times and unfortunately was recently sent the wrong formula and it took me sending a message to the Instagram account for a response to email where I was told they did not receive any of my emails to the support team which was untrue. I did forward them my emails sent to them to show I did indeed and still have not gotten a response.

Love those formula! The HA formula has helped my baby that suffers from severe eczema. It’s been a whirlwind trying to figure out something that works for her. If you are looking for a hypoallergenic this would be a great option. The quality and ingredients are superior than to the US. BUT double check that you’re ordering the correct one. The boxes are names are almost identical!

Let me tell you about this shop! They have gone above and beyond every single time I’ve placed an order. The first order I had an issue with UPS and they corrected the issues right away and sent a new package! This is my second time ordering formula (holle stage 2) i will always continue to order from them bc they literally send it the next day!! I am beyond impressed!
