Great seller of hard to find clean baby formula. I've been buying this brand of formula (Holle) for almost 18 months, mostly through another seller. The vendor is German so it's not something I can pick up locally. I recently switched to Organic Baby Food Shop when my other provider was temporarily out of stock and I couldn't be happier! First thing I noticed is how quickly the product shipped -- both orders I've had a tracking number by the end of the day (lightening speed!). In addition, because I'm ordering over $50, the shipping has been free -- amazing given how quickly I get the product.I will continue to buy from this vendor. If I had one wish for improvement in the "make it even easier for me" space - the other vendor did have Amazon Pay, so I didn't even have to use my card data. This, however, is a little thing for me. Great vendor! Great service! Competitive prices!!
Organic baby food shop has been one of the most responsive, caring companies I’ve had the chance to work with and when it comes to products like ones that are important to feeding your baby, you can’t ask for much more. Scott and his team have been incredibly helpful in sorting out a delivery issue cause bun usps and are genuinely invested in the satisfaction of their customers. The quality of the food I receive from them is consistently high and I’d recommend them for anyone considering purchasing HIPP formula in the US.
This company has went above and beyond for me. Not only is there a personalized thank you card with each order, the customer service has been impeccable. All of my emails have been answered almost immediately and when a bulk order I placed wouldn’t be able to be fulfilled immediately, Scott sent me enough free boxes to get us through until the bulk order was fulfilled.
Great experience, not only with the product itself but with the costumer experience. It was a place recomended by my pediatrician who truly believes in the quality and the legitimacy of the products. Since there is no physical place where I can buy my babys formula around me nor any near, this is the only place (again recomended by my pediatritian) I trust.
