THE PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK WITH OUR ROUTER, SO I USED IT WITHOUT THE ROUTER/APP AND IT DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB. RETURNING THE PRODUCT WAS A NIGHTMARE. THEY SEND YOU TO A FOREIGN WEBSITE TO RETURN BUT I COULDN'T USE IT BECAUSE IT WASN'T IN ENGLISH. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN. THEY GAVE ME A US CUSTOMER SERVICWE NO. AND ALL IT WAS, WAS AN ANSWERING SERVICE.
I ordered an Oryzom 01 on July 7, 2025. It did not arrive in the 3-5 days promised, but the money was deducted from our bank. Customer service did not respond. After another week, we received a Honiture V8 Pro, the distributor was in Kansas. It retailed for $40 less than the Oryzom brand I ordered. I am going to attempt a return to Honiture. The question remains—these are supposedly different companies—how did we get a different vacuum???
