We ordered a Laresar Ultra 7 Cordless Vacuum cleaner on 11th July 2025. It arrived in an unsealed box with a faulty, used battery which requires charging every 5-10 minutes of use. We have written multiple times to Oryzom to arrange a return and have not been contacted by any support staff for over a month.
Same as experience I see that most people posted. Ordered because consumer report recommended as number 1 robot vacuum. I paid $279 and received an entirely different vacuum for retail price of $199. I have tried multiple times to email customer service - no reply. There is no customer service number. I reported to BBB. Do not buy from this company. Complete scam.
Ordered a Robot Vacuum J10 Pro from the Oryzom website for $279.99 - based on great reviews all over the internet and receive a completely different brand and model. What I received is the Honiture G20 which is $199. No customer care response after inquiring.
Received their Cam Dash camera with instructions printed in German. Unfortunately I do not read or speak German and unable to use product. I have been trying to contact company for two weeks with no response. WARNING: TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM.
I ordered a stick vaccuum based on the consumer report reviews solely based on its comparison to Dyson. I have had it less than 30 days and the battery lasts 6 minutes before having to recharge. Went to their site and there is NO warranty listed. Product was misrepresented as amazing and there is no coverage from the company past 14 days. Despicable for the price of almost $300.00.
