Thought I'd pulled a muscle but Steve immediately identified muscles in spasm after I'd twisted while lifting. Initial consultation achieved some easing but with 'locked' muscles the mobility only slightly improved. However, subsequently applying the recommended ice treatment and doing the advised exercises worked a treat. Second consultation, with muscles now mostly relaxed, enabled stronger manipulation which eradicated the remaining niggles. Thus back pain gone and full mobility achieved. Great!
I had a bad issue with my lower back the clinic in wellington were amazing and got me an appointment for the same day I was seen by Kieron who was very patient towards me and so informative for the way I was feeling and my painful lower back. his treatment made me feel so much better and eased a lot of my discomfort and with the exercises he E-mailed me as made my lower back feel so so much better . Thank you so much you were so professional Kieron and I feel you went above and beyond to help my condition. 5* treatments.
I've received treatment from two of the Osteopath's for BPPV which is relieved by the Epley Maneuver and shock wave therapy for an upper arm injury.I've visited both Wellington and Tiverton clinics, both were warm and very clean.I couldn't have been made any more welcome and they impressed with their knowledge and ability to get you to relax which helps when you are in pain.A friend visited this week on my recommendation and he agreed with my opinion too.I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Osteo physio Sidmouth ltd through practitioner Amie Cozens did a great job of listening fully to my difficulty of severe headaches and looked at background possible causes. Treated with Osteopathy exercises and manipulation massage techniques which helped give release while at my appointment. Further appointment scheduled I'm sure this is going to be of great benefit to me in managing the day to day needs that I have to overcome this difficulty.
