Steve is great at diagnosing a problem and then explaining it. After each session he sends links to helpful exercises so that I can keep working on my hip and back issues at home- and the exercise make sense because of how Steve explains them within the session. I'd never had any osteopathy before this year but would highly recommend it.
My first appointment with Steve McMullen at Osteo and Physio Cullompton has made me feel so much more positive about resolving my back problem. I have more movement in the spine after 24 hours and now look forward to seeing real progress over the next few weeks.
I had suffered with chronic lower back pain for many years and had various types of therapeutic treatment, but the only therapy that has really made a difference is osteopathy. I have been having regular osteopathy sessions with Ben Verling at both the Tiverton and Wellington clinic for some years now and I cannot recommend Ben too highly - he’s excellent! More recently, Ben has been treating me for a shoulder problem too, and suggested some helpful resistance band exercises. Am so grateful to be pain free!
I saw Jane Robertson at the Tiverton clinic for osteopathy treatment in relation to pain and swelling in my knees and all I can say is that the lady is a wizard!! Jane is extremely knowledgeable, professional, very personable, and is obviously very experienced as well as intuitive in her practice. My treatment was really well explained and I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt immediate relief and my pain has pretty much subsided after 24 hours, and now I know how to take care of it moving forwards. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing issues, it's absolutely worth every penny!
I started osteopathy treatment last week with Ben Verling at the Wellington branch. After two sessions and practicing the exercises he advised its really making a significant difference. Previously I was in so much pain when I walked due to a herniated disc in my spine. I'd researched online and read the reviews before choosing Osteo and Physio.
