I attended Osteo and Physio Staines for pelvic griddle pain (PGP) as part of pregnancy. The regular treatment helped me to ease the pain and maintain independence. I also attended after giving birth due to PGP resurfacing, as well as carpel tunnel, and back pain. The treatment helps with managing the pain. I also took my 6 week old daughter as she was keeping her neck on the right side all the time and after one treatment session she is able to turn her head to both sides. Radhika is very friendly and supportive, and I highly recommend her.
Gill was warm and friendly and made me feel welcome.After a few questions I was being massaged and could feel the benefit straight away. The tension in my neck was so much easier when I left. I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment with Gill.
I had my first appointment with Steve Mcmullen in Sidmouth yesterday after suffering with back and leg problems for some time, and never being able to find the cause. After taking my medical history and doing a thorough examination, he was able to give me a diagnosis, with suggested options on the best course of action. He was very easy to talk to, explained things thoroughly, and I didn't at any time feel uncomfortable or rushed. I will definitely have further treatment with him.
