Otticanet made this Valentine's Day purchase quick and very easy. I knew the model of the sunglasses I wanted to get my wife. They were $550CAD at Sunglass Hut in Canada and $357CAD at Otticanet, plus a 15% off promo code. Ordered to get them by the 14th, they were here all the way from Italy in 4 business days. No customs fees, duty fees or GST. They took care of all that! All the correct etchings, logos, measurements, and a finely engraved serial number on the right temple.A+ service and would definitely buy again! Thanks for saving me $200!

Absolutely horrendous! STAY AWAY! I ordered a pair of Prada glasses that were damaged when I received them. I emailed straight away showing the frame is bent and questioned the authenticity of the glasses. I’m from syd and they suggested I go to a local store to fix and reassured me they’re real. We don’t have their local store here! Anyway the refuse to refund it and deny its manufacturing defect and they said this happens all the time from “temperature”. They offered an exchange if I pay for the shipping and delivery fees! They refuse to just take it back and refund me. I went and got them checked by an authentication professional and he CONFIRMED that they’re not real Prada.
