Constantly facing issues with RS recently. Says items are in stock, so you place an order only to then be told on the day its due to deliver that they are on backorder.
Fed up of paying premium prices for a substandard service. Time to move on, especially now more alternatives are available.
Delivery was fast. Sadly it was the wring item and was my mistake, however it would have helped of the photos of item showed the full product. Their Customer Service team was brilliant, thanks to Susan and Tara. I sent item back and got a fast refund.
Orders placed for next day delivery; delivery indicated on dispatch email never happens.Next day delivery was always achieved when Royal Mail was the carrier, but since switching to DHL they have never managed to deliver on the next day, you are lucky if it takes less than a week.Next day delivery is essential to reduce downtime of equipment and reduce cost to the business.Seriously looking for another supplier, as this is not good enough.
Delivery times to Northern Ireland used to be next day, as a maintenance company we rely on this to keep the food sector going. If we make an order now we are lucky to see it within 3 days which is very disappointing. We have now started to use elsewhere for our parts that's needed next day.
