recently took my vehicle a Toyota Highlander 2019 that I purchased from Team Toyota of Schererville, IN 46375 for its 5,000 mile service on 6/02/23. They run an inspection report and suggested I change my brake fluid and perform an alignment on my car. They used a video of a worn out tire that did not belong to me to make the justification. After I noticed the fraud they had done, I went back to the dealership on 7/1/23 and asked them for a pre- inspection alignment report and a post - alignment report. The customer agent I worked with, Mr. Jeremy Tessman refused to print out the the post inspection report claiming he did not have access to the serviceman bay computer. Attached you will find pictures and video of the fraud video and picture of the tire they used to scam me. The vehicle is garaged and the mileage on it is 26,847. This is not a vehicle that is abused at all. At this point I just want a refund of $160.00 for the scam they tried to run over me. The first picture shows the worn out tire they used to perpetrate the fraud. The rest of the tires are the current state of my tires. You be the judge if you can trust these charlatans with your vehicle and hard earned money.
I had a great buying experience. 1 person I would like to mention is Mr. Fred he is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable nothing felt pushed on us. He also made sure the cars fell within our budget. We ended up leaving with 2 new cars. We are very happy and have started referring others to your place of business.
