I was surprised when I got a response asking if Max could connect to my computer to fix it.I am so happy that Max was available to fix me up. SCAM 1) Outbyte advertised as a MS Silver Partner. Silver Partners is a legacy program that no longer exists and Outbyte is not listed by MS as a partner. 2) Did an initial scan and was informed that I needed 7 updates. I bought Outbyte for $14 for the simplest version to update the drivers. However, once I had paid I discovered that the version I had bought only provided one tech support call (which I didn't need) and that I WOULD HAVE TO BUY AN ADDITIONAL PRODUCT TO OBTAIN MY DRIVER UPDATES. AS I SAID, A SCAM. 3) After I bought it I discovered that many reviews do not recommend it because it may cause problems with the registry.
