I had a issue i didnt quite understand how to tackle so i tried installing this, then i thought i made a mistake so i asked for a refund. Then the customer service asked me if they could help me (I wanted to change my gpu form gpu0 to gpu1) and they offered to help me through a Zoho session. in which they looked though the problem and resolved it fairly quick. clear and respectful communication. possibly 2 people helped me i saw the name Simon first but the technicians name was Sam Thanks again if you are reading this Sam.
I tried the Outbyte driver updater and it mucked up my computer in as much that the bluetooth speaker is unable to connect. I have spent days and its still not working. Not a happy bunny.Update: I finally got my bluetooth speaker to work thanks to Reddit. If your looking for a truly FREE driver scanner and updater look for Snappy Driver Installer Origin Version 1.15.5 its opensource.
I purchased the Outbyte software to fix Win 11 error. I called support. They were extremely helpful and logged into my system and spent several hours to try and resolve my issue. They didnt fix the install problem but let me know I was getting the same results as they did. Very professional support.
