I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, because my experience has been exactly the same as so many others. I placed an order over three weeks ago as a birthday present for my best friend and still haven’t received a single working tracking number or any shred of evidence that my parcel was ever sent. Every email I get is the same generic excuse: “your order is in customs.” Or “we’ve passed this on to our logistics team”. How they supposedly know it’s in customs without providing proof is beyond me, I’ve asked multiple times for documentation (10 emails deep now), and nothing has ever been shared.This isn’t some unique Amsterdam, based brand with “crafted” products. That’s absolute nonsense. Their jewellery is the exact same mass-produced stuff you’ll find on AliExpress and Shein for a fraction of the price, just do a reverse image search and you’ll see it for yourself. The reason parcels take forever is because they’re being drop-shipped from China, not sent from Amsterdam. If it’s stuck in customs, it’s because of that. They love to reply to bad reviews with the same copy-paste drivel : “While there may be similarities in appearance, our items are carefully selected, produced to our specifications, and we invest in quality control, service, and fulfilment.” That is a complete lie. There’s no “similarities” in appearance they are the EXACT same cheap mass produced products, There is no quality control, the “customer service” is nothing but stalling, and the “fulfilment” is a joke – 3+ weeks later, I don’t even know if my parcel exists.I’ll give it to them though , this has to be one of the best branded scams I’ve ever seen, they take fancy pictures, put it on a fancy website, and I can’t believe I fell for it along with so many others. Read the reviews, reverse search their products, and stay well away. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and months of waiting for something you could buy elsewhere for pennies.
