I bought two rings on the BOGOF deal, I was really pleased with the quick delivery to the UK and good tracking info. The rings are fantastic quality, very nicely presented in velvet bags inside branded boxes. My purchase resulted in us buying two for our daughters boyfriend who lives edgy gear.
After being VERY excited about my religious jewelry order from Outlaws Amsterdam, which was placed on 8-3-25, I'm left (quite literally) aghast at what was advertised as 3-6 day shipping within continental US. My order was sitting in Texas with a third rate shipping company (YWPL) until 8-12-25, when USPS tracking shows that my purchase arrived at the YWPL facility on 8-4-25. Now I'm looking at a delivery on 8-15-25. That's 12 days from order till I receive ANYTHING. Even giving Outlaws Amsterdam a 5 business day grace period to process my order, my parcel/purchase falls outside of their falsely advertised delivery time frame. I'm VERY disappointed Outlaws Amsterdam. Outside of voicing my opinion here, I've also warned individuals I know about purchasing from (what I thought) was a great company, after reading multiple positive reviews. Want to make this right Outlaws Amsterdam? Find a better shipping company to deliver outside of the UK (where you're based) and set me up with a couple of rings of my choice. Get those rings to me on time and I'll change my opinion and sing your praises.
A great service from the start. Responds to my questions were prompt and clear, great communication and the product was delivered exactly when they said it would be. The jewellery is second to none and is the best I’ve bought. Fits perfectly and the quality is excellent, these products are made to last. 100% recommend this company.
