I think the company need to improve the exchange policy. Particularly regarding the delay. It took one month to have my products back. Which is so long particularly on an internet business model.
The positive is the quality of the products that are really amazing from my perspective.

I bought my necklaces thinking they were borderline "too edgy" for me, but the compliments I have received for both the Mjolnir and the Arrow have been fantastic. As an added bonus the Mjolnir has a big enough opening that it can be switched out onto a heavier chain if I want that look. I am beyond satisfied!
The Quality is outstanding. I love my Mason Ring and will be ordering more again. Delivery had some mishaps, but Customer service sorted it like professionals. Again, will buy more. Addicted to this stuff.
I ordered brass knuckles online thought it was from there store looked for a refund but was wrong store in emailed them they reached out to me in a short time explaining it wasn't there company and I made a mistake the response from them was fast and respectful

Had my stuff for a couple days now. Really good quality and I can't say enough good things about the company itself. I made a mistake when ordering my rings and didn't put in the correct size I emailed them and within a minute they were in touch with me and corrected my order. Really an all around good experience for me. Good people and good equipment. Thanks guys.
Still waiting for my delivery! It says 3-6 days on the site and I am now on working day 8 and there is no sign of the item. Tracking hasn’t updated either. My purchase was for a gift and I have missed the birthday. Very disappointed.
