"Joy" is clearly an AI bot, a very good one but not good enough to be effective in not ripping off customers. Bought 2 bracelets, BOGOF, but they were too small. I returned them but they came back to me undelivered - theres no reason why this should happen as I paid duties etc. Unless there is no Amsterdam address to go to!! Offered a "Green Return" 50% off amd told id get the same order half price, it didn't! Order charged full price, I emailed within seconds to request cancellation, Joy said she'd try but shes not human so then I got a dispatch notice. £200 scammed on cheapass jewellry. I only reordered because my husband liked it, I can tell its Temu tat!!
I now buy all my jewellery from Outlaws, and here’s why. The quality (for the price point) is exceptional. The prices are well crafted and absolutely beautiful. They stand out, be it on your fingers, or around your wrist or neck. The rings are both chonky and elegant, with the types of designs that suit my aesthetic. The motorcycle, musician, goth, pirate, ex-forces lifestyles are all reflected in Outlaws of Amsterdam’s jewellery. I highly recommend them. They all come beautifully packaged also.

Before any purchase, just take a moment to review their website.
