Sarah made a visit to The Watch Lab a very pleasant experience After taking my watch to 3 different places for a battery change and numerous scratches put on it by others Sarah told me to leave the watch with her whilst I went for a look around After 20 mins I went back to be told battery in and to bring the watch back at later date and they will polish the scratches out. Brilliant. Thanks Sarah

The Watch Lab in Meadowhall Chris has done a great job again. He’s always friendly, professional, and really good at what he does. Every time I visit, he takes the time to help properly and makes the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s nice to deal with someone who clearly knows their job and genuinely cares about the service they give.Highly recommend Chris and the team at The Watch Lab. Great service every time!
Received message my watch was ready to pick up. When I arrived at the kiosk nobody was there waited to 1045 but still nobody turned up. Very frustrating as now I have to make a second trip and hopefully someone will be there 😤😤
Took a new watch in to the watch lab in Warrington to get a battery fitted. The lady tried to pry the wrong part of the back, gouged up the metal and scored the back badly. She couldn't get the back off. We took the watch home, looked at the back and realised she was prying the wrong part of the watch. Took me 5 minutes to change the battery myself. There was a purpose cut out in the case to show where to pry. My wife even pointed out to her that she had been prying the wrong bit of the watch. The bloke who worked there was good but this woman is totally incompetent, and her excuse was pathetic and no compensation was offered.
Took a watch to them this morning after being quoted a cost of £255 by jeweller for a small repair and battery change. To be fair the jeweller recommended the watch lab. Repair and battery replacement completed in just over 1 hour at a fraction of the price quoted be jeweller. Fantastic service and highly delighted with their work.
I visited the Watch Lab Trinity Leeds today and the service I received from the lady was absolutely excellent so I decided to leave a review. Her technical skills were first class and also great advice with genuine interest and people skills. Very well done. I will definitely be coming again.
