Fast, speedy and accurate delivery.Easy to order online but a little difficult to ensure whether or not your delivery will be left at the front door of your nominated address due to not being home. Regardless of the value it should be a given that if you request home delivery it is there when you get home and not redirected to a clearing house especially if you request express delivery.
I recently ordered two polos for work and both shirts were faulty. The stitching in the collar tags have started to rip away from the shirts leaving holes in the fabric after only a month of use. I know mistakes happen and I believe in giving businesses a chance to remedy issues and judge them on how they deal with it rather than the issue itself. I contacted customer service and they were prompt in their communication until I provided the photos and order number and they have since ignored me. I've asked 3 times for an update and have been completely ignored. Oxford have been very disappointing and I won't purchase from them again.
Very poor service, I ordered trainers and I have not received them, I have been waiting over a week for these and they still have not been shipped, tried emailing the company numerous times and had no reply whatsoever, I have asked for a rufund and I am still being ignored DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
