Chris at Little Collins Street store.

Chris, the store manager at the Little Collins Street store in Melbourne made shopping such a wonderful experience for us! He was friendly, fun, and so professional in his knowledge of suits. He helped my partner and I pick out the right suits to fit his body type and offered us a great deal. Had issues with an order. Matilda at Oxford customer service partly sorted it out, and promised to credit me for the return postage plus $20 goodwill. However despite repeated follow up emails they've ghosted out on their promise.

They neglected to send me my package…
