The sale was good with lots of available sizes. However, with the first order I had to email to ask about my order and it wasnt dispatched until after that. Then I had to send 2 pairs mens shorts and 2 pairs trousers back for larger size and had to pay $18 to post back. There was no exchange process; completely separate return/refund and re-buy correct size.
I got a refund for one of the product for no reason. It would be nice to know what happened and if there is an alternative can be offered. I guess the size I ordered was out of stock, but it still shows in stock online after the refund. So why was it refunded? Or do you care about the accuracy of your stock level online?
I had a great experience with Lilian, she was very supportive and helpful. I had never ever seen anyone like her before. She answers all the emails with amazing explanations immediately. Thank you so much Lilian for your amazing support.
I was happily greeted by Nikoletta as soon as I entered the store and she complimented on how good I looked, I was dressed head to toe in Oxford of course so she recognised her product on me. I stated I popped in to check out the new collection and she then went about very proudly showing me all the new range. As a result I invested another $300 in clothes and a new season pair of shoes :) - Nikoletta was just so happy and helpful and happily ordered a size in for me as she had no stock. Heading back into store next Wednesday to pick up my last item. Thanks Nikoletta for a wonderful experience in store.
