Although Paint Gem has a limited inventory at present, I was thrilled to find exactly what I wanted with the Sunflower/Sunshine kit - and delivery was 10 days, which both surprised and thrilled me! The packaging and kit are high quality and I especially fell in love with the macaroon wax jar that was included. Thank you, Paint Gem - I look forward to doing business with you again.
Do not buy from them!!! there is no quality control. I had a custom piece I sent in. It took months to arrive so by the time I received it was past the refund date. there is apparently no quality control because the image was horrible. all the details were washed out blobs. you couldn't tell what the art was supposed to be. I tried contacting them by email and by facebook but they do not respond for day or weeks if they respond at all. I emailed them 10 times before gettign a response and they would just tell me to fill out forms that didnt help with my issue, and when I tried to contact them on facebook i had to message them 100 times before gettign a response and they would have me fill out the same forms and would not be helpful. i recreated my art according to the size of their canvas and gem size so that the details wouldn't be an issue and they told me they could print it because it wouldn't fit. I made it the EXACT dimensions! so thats impossible. they just wanted to string me along for months, keep my money and not help me. dont use them they suck!!!!
My order was delivered 2 months after ordering it. But it was worth the wait. They responded to every email I sent concerning the delay. I tracked my package through the USPS site because they seem to update the status of the package before the paingem site does. Thank you Paintgem!
I love Paint Gem and have ordered twice already. While the kits take some time to arrive, they're always securely packed and easy to understand. My latest order had a bit of an issue with the shape of the gems I received but Paint Gem was very prompt in addressing my concerns and setting things right. I've already recommended them to several of my friends (one has already purchased!).
I ordered from Paintgem, but didn't receive confirmation email. The next day they messaged me on Facebook since I already contacted them there last year regarding my order. They explained to me that I could either pay extra money for shipping or it will take longer. Since I don't want to pay $20 for shipping when the item I ordered was $50, I told them that I'm okay with waiting. They were happy about that a offered me a discount code for the next order. Everything was very polite and it was a nice experience even though I have to wait. But regardless everyone is in my opinion happy. 😊
