Review Time
I love Paint Gem and have ordered twice already. While the kits take some time to arrive, they're always securely packed and easy to understand. My latest order had a bit of an issue with the shape of the gems I received but Paint Gem was very prompt in addressing my concerns and setting things right. I've already recommended them to several of my friends (one has already purchased!).
I have made several orders from paintgem and they have all been amazing! I love the square gems they offer, it makes the piece fit together so much nicer and the custom option has been a great gift option for family! I have created 4 different custom photo prints that I've then gifted to the people in the image and a handful of other designs too and can't wait to do my next order. I will be recommending paintgem to everyone I know!
It arrived VERYYYY late, then they sent an email offering a “free” one to make up for it...never arrived, and was never contacted. However, in the same email saying they were sending free ones out, they then specifically asked me to post a positive review to make up for their poor business...do NOT trust the positive reviews, they were “bribed”
Everything has been great except the fact I was promised a free gift once my order arrived. I filled out the form and it has yet to come which frustrates me because I waited so long for my order. The customer service has been great.
I really like Paintgem. They have great tool kits and diamond paintings. I have ordered customs with names on them and then also custom paintings with pictures of my grandchildren. I am happy with all of them. There was a glich with one of the paintings but it was handled and corrected with speed and I was impressed with their customer service!! Thank you Paintgem, I will be ordering more!
They are the ABSOLUTE WORST. My package got lost almost 2 months ago because it was sent with the cheapest service through FedEx and the service basically states that if your package get lost the shipper (PaintGem in this case) are the only ones that can take responsibility for it. They have not filed a claim, not issued a refund, not done ANYTHING. They just kept my money and ignored all of my messages. Do yourselves a favor and simply use Amazon.
