Review Time
I ordered a painting June 29, and received the painting July 28. Due to the pandemic related issues, I was aware that this could take some time arriving. Using the tracking, I saw that it got stuck at its import destination for close to 2 weeks (it arrived there July 13.) I wasn’t bothered by this, but was surprised when I got a completely DUPLICATE order less than a week after receiving the first! I’m not sure how this happened (and I was only charged for the original order,) but I contacted Paint Gem and after a few emails they said I could keep the duplicate! I have done the mystery painting in the meantime and the drills and canvas are very nice. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and would highly recommend this company.
The company is very responsive until there is something wrong with your product. I ordered a custom gem painting and the colours are completely off, they refused to give me a refund and instead said they would send me a new one. What am I going to do with two giant gem paintings, especially when they take 2 months to show up? Would not recommend using this company.
The product is great and the customer support is better. Our delivery was quite late due to Covid and they used messenger to communicate with me and keep me updated. This is a gorgeous and fun art project that my beloved and I will cherish having made together. Excellent craft for the Covid era
I ordered a gem painting back on April 24, 2020, nearly 4 months ago! I’ve emailed nearly everyday and the only response I keep getting from Paint Gem is this BS: “ Hey Pxxxe, Your order (#434xx) is in process already and will be shipped in the upcoming days.The tracking info will be also available soon and will be sent to your email In general, processing time takes 2-7 business days for custom photos it takes 12 business days and freight transportation will take 8 to 12 business days.Hope this helps”. They keep lying and lying because after that email I told them that the order number showed to be in process and they would be sending me the tracking info ASAP. The next day I got this email from them:“ Greetings from PaintGem💎. Regarding your order ##434XX, It says here it was successfully delivered to this address2OXX Amb Road, IllinoisYou can check it here //tools.usps .com/go/ TrackConfirmAction?tLabel—Can you please check with your neighbor or contact your local post office?Hope this helps.Thanks.😊”Literally the first time I’ve ever been asked as a customer to wander around asking my neighbors if they’ve seen my package or told to go to a USPS facility hoping they’ll remember seeing my package. But it’s all a waste of time because the attached “TRACKING” number this special group of complete asinine monkeys gave me is still incorrect because when you click on it this is where it says it was delivered and it’s where Paint Gem says I supposedly received it even thought on my receipt it shows my a Ship To address as being in Illinois not at this location:Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 2:09 pm on June 18, 2020 in SPRINGFIELD GARDENS, NY 11413.Now they won’t respond to my emails and/or my phone calls. And I have yet to see any of the money they stole back on my credit card. Horrible Company-absolutely horrible!
When I ordered my first kit, it did take a good while for it to ship. I ordered back in April, and didn’t get it till July. But all the while they answered all of my emails and any questions I had, they were increasingly helpful and patient! For compensation, they offered me a free kit, but I took the voucher instead and got a large kit at a discount! My second kit shipped SUPER fast and I had it with in two weeks! I’d recommend buying from them now that they have a better delivery system in place. They have a ton of cute and fun designs that you will be working on for hours!!
There were many delays due to Covid, but i know this is out of Paint Gem’s control. They were great with communication throughout the entire wait and compensated with a gift due to the extreme delays (2.5 months wait). Great customer service for a great product!!
I would really like to take the time and give an honest repose to this company. While it did take three months to receive my order they were very honest and up front about the order time and answering any and all questions I had about my order. They were very fast at responding to my Facebook messages, I do not think I ever waited long then an hour to get a response from the company. The customer service was top notch. Once I did receive my package everything was there, packaged very well and very nice quality. They offered me a voucher for the delay and I will happily order again for them. Thank you so much for everything!
