Review Time
I really enjoyed my PaintGem kit. My design included more colors than I was expecting and it turned out really good! I’m excited to do another... it’s really relaxing and a nice craft to do while my husband watches tv or we sit outside on the porch. It took a little while for my order to arrive due to Covid but customer service was responsive and helpful. REALLY glad they send extra gems as I definitely lost some when the dog tipped over my tray 😂.
Took months to get to me and then they said they would send me a free kit. Come to find out the kit would be added to my next order? Ahhhh no. Not ordering again very overpriced for what I received in the first place. Or I could opt to get my FREE kit only but pay a shipping fee. I'll pass thanks though.
My package was never delivered that I ordered in March. I contacted them in May to ask about it and they said it'll be there soon. It never arrived. A month later, I messages them again and they had me fill out a form. I never heard back. It's now August and I messaged them again. They told me to contact USPS. I said no I mean, it's been this many months cmon. They called USPS 'supposedly'. Now they're saying that the package wasn't delivered because "I wasn't home" (not true) and will only refund me half of the cost, claiming it was $20 for shipping - although shipping is "free". I don't think I'll ever get the package or a refund. Don't buy from these scam artists.
When I contacted them they were very quick to reply back & get more details & so nice about it cause it was a gift so it wasn't something that I had bought myself & still quick to fix my problem. I will be buying from them myself real soon because of the GREAT customer service!!!
I just ordered from Paintgem for the first time. I received my kits within 3 weeks and am very happy with them. The canvases are good quality and the diamonds weren't oily, no bubbles or divets that I could see. The print is really good and the characters are clear. I highly recommend this company for anyone who loves diamond painting!
