Review Time
Shipping was extremely slow (I’m assuming due to covid-19) but I did eventually get my kit and it’s really cool. Customer service has been really great about getting to me with all of my questions regarding the shipping delays but not their fault
Although, I ordered these and it took about two months to get them (due to the pandemic) they did ship and the company did communicate really well. They even offered me a free kit once I received the products. I was SUPER IMPRESSED with the quality of these gem painting kits 💎 compared to similar kits I have purchased! Well Worth the Wait!!
My package was well secured and everything was there and high quality. When I emailed them about where my package was, they were always quick to respond. Yes it did take nearly two months to get here, but I understand the major delays to get to Australia, so I’m not too upset about it. I would just hope next time it would be quicker.
Got my diamond painting a little late but knew due to COVID there would be a delay. I love the kit that came! And it was packaged so nicely. The company compensated me without me even asking due to the late delivery. Will most definitely order again!
I ordered this about 2 months ago and still didnt get it so I looked online at your guys comments and thought I got scammed. Then about 2 days later my order finally came and I was pleasantly surprised. I personally loved the product once I finally got it. It was so much fun putting it together and so relaxing but it took way to long to get here
