I tried calling in to make a complaint and got the complete runaround!!! Hung up on many times and I got a lot of :”would u like to make a reservation?”I would never book here ! The phone lines are all games and completely show the nature of care for their consumers !STAY AWAY !!! Big scam !

This company literally will lock you in a room, put you in a corner with 2 people between you and the door so you cannot get out until you sign a contract with them. That is what they did with me and my wife at Moon Palace. They literally stand in your way and hold you hostage. I had to grab my wife by the hand and push past the guys to get out of the room. Insane.... This happened to me. Me and my wife. It is normal practice, they are trained to do this. I saw it. If you go..... you will be next and THEY WILL put you in jail if you do not pay them on time.
