Package came 3 weeks later than expected. Product not the same as the picture at ALL. Return policy is not clear. I have to pay lots of money to return the shoes that look nothing like the pictures. How is that my problem? The girl communicating with me through instagram was very sweet but please do something about the pictures!!!! You’re selling stuff that look nothing like them that’s basically scamming. The emails they are sending contain SO many spelling mistakes it’s very unprofessional. The whole email just doesn’t make sense

Contacted the company on multiple occasions for an update and they continued to read my messages and not respond. When they did respond, it was to indicate that they would contact the warehouse and find out whats going on. Since then, I haven’t gotten any word on my order. This is unacceptable.
