I bought some panels for our new home which arrived within 6 days of ordering them, we had arranged for them to be put up the afternoon that they arrived. We opened the boxes to find that unfortunately all 3 of the panels had been damaged. I called Panel hub to explain this and spoke to Lilly who was really helpful and then dealt with Fatou by email correspondence who again was really helpful. The panels were arranged to be collected and exchanged for new ones really quickly, the delivery driver came the day after he should have as there was an issue but again it was all very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Panel hub again plus they look great on our wall thanks! Just need to get the lights to go in between the panels.
