I am extremely disappointed. After claiming my cousin's order had been delivered (which it was not), they only offered her a refund after we inquired, but under the bizarre condition that she pays £50??????? I am truly shocked and can't comprehend this situation! Can someone please explain this…!!
This service is very unreliable. I placed an order six weeks ago, and first, they ran out of stock, then they couldn't deliver. They also over-promised on Black Friday deals. We were copied on an internal email discussing their sales success but not stock availability. They've held our payment for six weeks, and I'm sure we're not the only ones. The interest from our payment is benefiting them, while we are left without the product. Very poor management, and responses to emails or calls take a long time. I would advise against buying from this service.

AVOIDDDDD at all costs! don’t be fooled by the 1 star rating as trust pilot only allows you to rate 1 as the lowest, rating this pathetic excuse of a business 1 star is me doing charity work, my entrepreneur ideas when i was in year 2 would profit more than this broke money hungry business who see customers as walking wallets, my cousin wanted to return an item and they charged her an extortionate price for something they literally failed to deliver, the company thirst traps after your wallet like desperate scum wanting some action, you’re better off going in your garden and sourcing the materials yourself, need to start a support group with all the other poor sods who were victim to this scam
